bran cereal       11/05/06 12:57 PM Edit Reply Quote zippo Reged: 11/01/06 Posts: 10 I was wondering if it's ok to eat bran cereals such as Raisin Bran? I read somewhere on this site and it says avoid bran cereals but I do not understand why. I can tolerate raisins and nuts just fine, and also each serving of raisin bran has like 4 grams of fiber, so that's a good thing right? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
