Thanksgiving Meals

I have to go to not one, but three households for thanksgiving dinners! Needless to say, I'm a little bit nervous. I can't eat at all 3 places, however, I don't want to be rude...especially at my future mother-in-laws home!!
Does anyone have suggestions? So far, I figure I can eat white-meat turkey, white breads, and that's about it!!
Should I take fiber with me, or eat it on my first meal only?? Help!
By the way, Happy Thanksgiving to everyone here! I am very thankful  I have found this board!
