I read several posts where people reported eating cream of wheat so I gave it a try (Farina). It didn't give me a problem at all. I added soy milk and some brown sugar and microwaved it. It is very "heavy"...I almost felt like I was eating paste b/c I guess I made it pretty thick, but I could almost visualize it giving me a nice solid base to my stomach. That's just me...not sure if anyone else has problems.
