It had never occured to me to look for it in Whole Foods (the HFS) but I did yesterday and I found the magic stick!!! It is Super lysine +, and it looks suspiciously similar to the one I was using in Boston (I think they just changed the look and name of it, otherwise the company that makes it, and the wording and the ingredients, even the font the ingredients are written in, is the same). And it is as magic as the one before so, thank you SO much for suggesting the HFS. I know it seems like a normal thing, but I usually look for drugs in the pharmacy (and I originally bought this from a CVS pharmacy in Boston)...
Well... thanks again! I can smile again, finally, because the armour of cold sores on mu lip feels much softer now, with the Lysine cream.
