The point of using fun as stress relief is not to abandon your life and go join the circus or something like that! It's to add more fun into the life you already have... relaxation, enjoyment, humor, love, etc... stuff like that... sounds like you both love your family and also get stressed out from them. What ways can you alieviate the stress and up the fun with them and when alone?
