....acacia in a cold place???

On the package of the tummy acacia fiber powder it is said to be kept in a cold and dry place. Does that mean that I should have it in the fridge? When it is said that something should be in a cold place I always use to put it in the fridge, but it seems strange to to this with a powder like this, I do not use to put flours in the fridge.
