This should help D, but if you're having a bad reaction to it then I suggest not taking it. Also, when I take calcium supplements (different from equalactin) I always have it with a meal. Not sure if this would make a difference. Benefiber is completely different so it may work better for you. Be sure to drink plenty of water and start at a low dose.
