I've recently discovered (through my gf and her ulcers) Digestive Enzymes (though she takes Betaine Hydrochloride). It may be too early to say, but they are working miracles right now. I am praying that this is the lifelong solution I've been waiting for. I am finding I can eat almost anything, pop a couple of these and have almost no reaction or a very mild one. Just wanted to share with those still looking for that elusive answer.
