However I have friends that keep their sinus problems at bay by using a nettie pot with a few drops of golden seal in the rinse, taking echinacea and swabbing their nostrils with hydrogen peroxide (yes really).. a good homeopathic medicine is Sinusalia by Boiron which you can by at most health food stores.
