Ghee!! :)       10/13/06 10:16 PM Edit Reply Quote Tinkerbelle Reged: 04/17/05 Posts: 231 Loc: Los Angeles, CA I love ghee. It's lactose free, easy to digest, and can help you keep on weight. In ayruveda, they reccomend ghee for vata types, who are thin people who often have digestive issues and a hard time digesting anything. Often times herbs are infused in ghee and taken that way. It's made of butter but the lactose is burned off. Has anyone ever tried it? Any luck with it? How do you digest it? I do great with it and it's great when I can't digest much fat.
