I'm 25 and have been eating bread and potatoes for 2 years. I'm about to start the diet (starting with what to eat when you can't eat anything) in a couple of weeks. I don't have much advice except that Immodium has helped me quite a bit as well as acacia and beano. This is a great place that you found with lots of information.
