Vitamin C       10/06/06 04:32 AM Edit Reply Quote JJBean Reged: 06/27/06 Posts: 55 Loc: Buffalo, NY I'm an IBS-D, but with the diet and hypno, I've been relatively stable for several months now. However, as a teacher, I get sick a lot and would like to take a Vitamin C supplement. I tried it this week and it has upset my poor intestines each time. Has anyone else had this experience?
