Re: BRAT diet, IBS and Stomach bug?       10/05/06 01:05 PM Edit Reply Quote yvette71 Reged: 10/04/06 Posts: 22 Loc: Salem, MA I've had IBS since 1997 following the onset of IC (interstitial cystitis)...I initally lost 40 lbs in 2 months I've since gained weight back but it seems that its becoming violent once more. ::::sigh::: It freaks me out that everything I've tried may/has made it worse...I miss food... I've been sustaining myself on English muffins, white bread.
