I just posted something a few minutes ago about the same thing. I have exactly the same problem as you. I have been trying to do this diet but I am experiencing so much pain and trapped gas and bloating. I think I am carbohydrate intolerant. I have been eating nothing but crackers, and bread to get stable but it has caused me so much gas pains that I feel worse than I do with the D symptoms. I even tried adding a piece of chicken to the mix and I have had nothing but stomach pain all week. I can't function like this, but I can't function with the alternative. Gas seems like such a silly thing, but it has taken out every ounce of quality to my quality of life. I would do anything even remove a limb if I could have some normalacy. I would wear a bag if I never had to have gas pains and bloating again.
