BRAT diet, IBS and Stomach bug?       10/04/06 03:35 PM Edit Reply Quote yvette71 Reged: 10/04/06 Posts: 22 Loc: Salem, MA I don't know if I've got a stomach bug or if the ugly IBS-d rearing again....can I use the BRAT diet? It seems anything I eat doesn't help....I've tried the peppermint oil in the past for my IBS with no help (I wax and wane between IBS-D & IBS-c). How can I tell the difference? I can't get a Dr. appt til next week---any advice you can share would be most helpful...
