The only time I eat lettuce is having a few pieces in a sandwich and it's Romaine lettuce then. I think for most people a salad is the hardest way to incorporate veggies, since it's very hard to tolerate. I'd suggest trying cooked spinach (others seemed to say it was more tolerable) and soft cooked veggies. I hope you feel better soon, -------------------- Kat Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
