I eat sugar free gelatin just fine though the artificial sugars usually aren't the best for ibs. (Haven't tried regular gelatin since I've had ibs.) When I was putting my new diet together and I discovered that I could eat marshmellows I went nuts on them. Basically, the deal with those is keep it to small amounts. Anymore than 4 big marshmellows and I'd feel sick. Alot of people with IBS have trouble with high fructose corn syrup so if you think that's a trigger for you be carefull with marshmellows. As far as bleached or unbleached flour I say unbleached or doesn't matter as far as IBS goes considering what is usually difficult for us to digest is the husk of the wheat (the insoluble fiber part) and that's been removed. I vote for unbleached because I think the less ways they can mess with my food the better lol. I think it has helped me try to keep my food simple and without alot of junk.
