Most of the time it happens when my stomach hurts, but sometimes I get it out of the blue. I can't connect it to anything--not being hungry or tired or even low blood pressure (I do have unusually low blood pressure, but not low enough to cause concern--usually about 100/70ish). So, yes, I do get that, but I have no idea why or how to make it stop. Unless...I don't eat hardly any salt in my diet. That's not on purpose; I simply have never liked salt that much.
