It takes time to build up to the recommended dosage but I've been there for almost a month now and have been pretty stable. I still hit the bathroom more often than most people but it's not D. My BM's are much more normal and there is no where near as much discomfort. I wouldn't say I'm all better as I still have a bad day here and there but I'm certainly much better than I was. It's been recommended to me that I remain at the high dosage for 6 months and then come back to the maintenance dosage. So five more months to go. I'm also following Heather's diet but sneaking in beef about once a week. That's going great so far as beef has been very tough for me to give up.
