It must be the fall season that is making my sinus' act up. I am going to give the saline solution a try as well as Tylenol sinus. Thanks for your input. I never had sinus problems,or aches until I started with ibs/colitis. Could also be an age thing,

or just the particles and stuff in the world. Also my Dad was prone to sinus infections so maybe hereditary. Take care of your sinus'. Sue
