I have this list of foods that are easy for my stomach to digest, which helps my stomach move the food through faster. Since there is very little fiber in the diet, I usually take Fibercon pills, which doesn't seem to slow my stomach down. I go to a chiropractor/acupunturist/herbalist (one person) and he recommended me taking Betaine Hydrochloride, which empties my stomach a lot faster. From this, I feel about 70% better then before.
