Re: sinus' acting up,,,what to take       09/23/06 05:40 PM Edit Reply Quote line415 Reged: 09/09/06 Posts: 976 Loc: New Jersey I get frequent sinus infections too and I try to follow what I did when I was pregnant and could not take any real meds...drink lots of water to "drain" the mucus along with Mucinex tablets (otc) or Robitusin (green one...just Guafinesin in it...a mucus thinner). Then of course the usual...hot showers to open up your sinuses, nose spray (saline) to keep them from getting dry and washing out allergens, and good 'ol chicken soup if it is IBS friendly.
