I just have to get over my fear that the diarrhea is going to worsen-or my stomach pain. I will go take two more right now. I just still don't understand how gradually/quickly I can increase. I was starting to do better this morning-no dietary changes since then. Then I was hit with a major stressor this afternoon, and tummy started to take a tumble. That, and getting ready to go on vacation tomorrow. I just pray I'll be able to make it without feeling like CR_P the whole time (no pun intended!).
