Thanks for the response! Funny, I was just in Walgreens last night. That's when I picked up the "knock-off" version, as you call it, of Citrucel tablets. I thought I looked at the labels pretty well, but I probably figured if it was next to the Benefiber, the ingredients were the same. Dang, those things get expensive, don't they? Thank heaven for generics! If the citrucel doesn't help, I'll try the other. But my problem with Benefiber and the like is: what do you mix them with? I can't do yogurt anymore, and I can't do most juices because they are too acidy for my GERD. So what do you put it in? Applesauce, maybe? I would still have to use the pill form while at work, anyway.
