i took 2.5 tsp 3 nights in a row and it isn't doing a thing, so i might try 3 tsp, but geez maybe i just don t need it, i usually take mag pot aspartates and since i have been off of that and tried a mag-cal supplement instaed i have been c, the mag-cal was 1:1, weird at first ot made me go lots for the first 3 days, then i got constipated.
