Personally, I thought the frozen Rice Dream was really awful. But, I'm pretty picky. I do love some flavors of soy ice cream -- Soy Decadent's Cookie Avalance is awesome.
Pretty much all the soy/rice ice creams are high in fat -- what you want to look at is the calories from fat, not how many grams of fat per serving. (If you take a look at the recipe board, this was explained by someone in a response to one of your posts a couple days ago.) Most of them are very high in fat, like 50% calories from fat -- so you'll only want to eat a very small amount after a low-fat, high-SF meal. Tofutti does have a couple brands of ice cream that are within the legal fat limits, but since they're soy-based you still don't want to eat them on an empty stomach.
I love Tofutti's Mint Chocolate Chip Cuties -- they do have high fructose corn syrup, though, so you'll want to be careful about trying them.
