I drink a glass of water with my SFS and then I pretty much drink when I'm thirsty and when I'm eating. I find that if I drink a lot that just sends me to the bathroom anyway - to empty the bladder - at all hours. I just couldn't drink that huge amount that is suggested in Heather's book.
