If not, do a search for the advice given on the prep - I really wish I'd had this when I had my colonoscopy. How's it going with the diet? I know how confusing and overwhelming it can be at first - I was put on my first restrictive diet 10 years ago! Btw, if something says it contains Wheat don't worry - this is likely to be safe (most things containing wholewheat advertise this as a good thing! ).
