But i'm o and i gave it a try with not much success. I've bagged almost completely now. but what works for some people may not work for others. This website is a testimony to that. I'm yet too meet an ibs patient who says that they have been helped by the diet, except for his one claim. -------------------- Who is Lord of this world? Jesus is. Now what will you do?
