Eat until you kinda feel like you're getting full and stop. Eat small meals more often, never a big meal all at once. Keep plenty of safe snacks with you at all times. "NEVER LET THE EVIL BELLY GET EMPTY" - ha ha. This is a joke around my house. When it gets empty, it's angry!! -------------------- It's never too late to be what you might have been.
