buy the ground flax seeds at the hfs that are kept in a vaccum pack in the fridge or they are not very useful. yes do build up to the 2tbsp slowly, start at 1/2 tsp and go from there. you can take as much as you want until it gives you d, then you back off. with severe C you can easily do 2tbsp morning and night mixed in water, it won't dissolve but kinda gels a bit. Good luck, if it works for you it is great since it is cheaper than most fiber supplements and it gives you healthy omega oils, a fish oil supplement also helps with C as well as being soooo good for the rest of your body and brain it also lubricates the intestines.
