veganrella is very safe, its made from rice and oat milk, takes some getting used to but not too bad. Also follow your heart makes a vegan soy cheese that is junk free which actually melts even though it has no casein in it. it tastes better than the vegan rella in my opinion, its distributed by the lovely people who do tofurky brand products, which are far better than all of the yves veggie meat junk. look up turtle island to find where they sell it.
