I AM TICKED OFF!!!!

I finally found a vegan soy parmesan cheese that I could use. It was Galaxy Foods Vegan soy parmesan in the shaker jar with the purple label.

I went to my local health food market a few days ago and it was gone. Now they only have their Rice version and it has whey, casein and sorbitol in it! I am extremely sensitive to dairy and artificial sweeteners, so this is not an option for me.

After some research online I found that Galaxy has either dairy or sorbitol in all of their products. The Veggie brand does now too. (Veggie Shreds, Veggie slices, etc.) I AM NOT HAPPY.

I tried SoySation, (yummy) but I cannot tolerate the casein. Booo hooo. Trader Joe's brand of slices have casein....I tried VeganRella cheddar but it made me want to barf. I guess I'll have to get used to it.

I have gone on a cheese hunt and almost every brand has casein, whey or sorbitol or any combination thereof in them!!!! AAGGGHHHH!!! Don't these manufacturers get it???? If someone is eating fake cheese, they probably can't handle dairy!!! DUH And if they are buying a 'health' product, they probably aren't very interested in artificial sweeteners either!

Does anyone know of a brand I can look for or ask my grocer to special order? I am hoping for soy cheddar, soy mozarella and soy parmesan. I am so sad and frustrated. Cheese has been the hardest thing for me to give up since I've had IBS.
