Help! FiberCon isn't available in London!       09/01/06 12:21 PM Edit Reply Quote wrongband Reged: 03/15/06 Posts: 4 I just moved to London from California recently. I have stress/anxiety related IBS-C, and I brought a couple bottles of FiberCon tablets that I take before meals. Now I'm close to running out, and the only fiber I can find in the drugstores here is a brand of psyllium powder (here they call it ispagula.) I can't find any soluble fiber powders or pills, no Citrucel or FiberCon (which I prefer because the dosage is a snap and it doesn't make me bloated.) The UK is supposed to be way ahead of the states as far as IBS treatment: so why only 1 or 2 options for fiber? Has anyone else had this problem...do you know where I can get FiberCon or another brand of calcium polycarpophil? Does anyone know of a good similar fiber that's available here? Thanks!
