Hate to say this, but I've been on it for three weeks now, and I'm still dealing with constipation issues. My doctor said it can sometimes take up to 4-6 weeks for that to go away. I'm taking 150 mg/day. Since I've made it this far, I'm going to give it a few more weeks and see how it goes. My mom had great luck with it, so I'm hopeful.
