You place tomatoes into boiling water for 10-15 seconds then place them into ice water immediately. Then you can peel the skin. After peeling you slice the tomatoes into slices and taking a knife start on one side and start cutting where the seed and intact part connect. After starting the cut hold onto the section you removed the seeds from and simply slid the knife through. This is the traditional French way to peel,seed and dice a tomato, and after a few tries it really is very easy!!! Hope this helps!!! -------------------- Marci. For everything there is a season...
