I have had the exact same thing. Right now as a stop gap measure you should get a Miralax scrip from your doc and take at least two doses per day. For the long run you should consider an SSRI like Prozac, Paxil, Zoloft, etc.I take 37.5 mg of Paxil and it has helped me immensely.
