I have been doing the peppermint tea and the peppermint capsules and am still having SEVERE pain. I would love to just stay at home in the bathroom and alternate between the toilet and hot baths as that is the only thing that seems to help a bit but with a full time job (as a office mgr of a busy elementary school - great, huh) and 4 kids, that's not entirely possible. I did start using ICY HOT on my tummy - sounds strange but it helps a little. I am considering ZELNORM but not sure if I should wait until I start taking the Acacia Tummy Fiber for a bit and then see how I do. This pain is just killing me!
