This is how I feel about IBS       08/08/06 08:50 AM Edit Reply Quote iwish1 Reged: 08/08/06 Posts: 3 I feel like i've had an infant screaming in my ear for ten years and I cannot quiet it, cannot hand it to someone else so I can have a break. I carry it with me everywhere I go... every time I try to work, try to do anything, it is screaming at me for relief and I can't help. I feel like I've just wanted to take a nap for last 10 years, but my eyelids won't close. There is no rest. I feel like every inch of my skin has been itching for the last ten years, but nothing eases the itch. There's no relief. My body has been screaming at me.... desperate for any relief & I cannot help it. Cannot enjoy social outings, cannot work stressful work, cannot do LIFE because that baby is always screaming, my eyes won't close and my skin always crawls. I just want a break from this.
