I've been a c person all my life. That is until this spring when I started taking medication for my rheumatoid arthritis. The medications causes horrible D. I find that taking one pill after D is usually enough to slow it down. If I have to go someplace and having really bad D, I'll take two and bring one with me. It does seem to make me not go at all the next day so its not perfect but there are times when you just can't be running to the potty 15 times a day!
