Re: When did your IBS start?       03/13/03 10:52 PM Edit Reply Quote paintlady Reged: 02/10/03 Posts: 95 Loc: Columbia, CA My IBS started in High school not to bad at first, I couldn't drink much soft drinks, 3 sips and my stomach felt bloated sometimes my stomach hurt after dinner. At age 24 had awful constipation for a year then the next year, diarrhea that wouldn't stop. the meds everyday just to be able to leave the house. The next 3 years were a nightmare.During all this I was attending college, was that the trigger for my IBS? 22 years later still dealing with IBS some days are better than others.
