chocolate soy milk, luna bars, and ADBs!       08/05/06 09:43 PM Edit Reply Quote retrograde Reged: 04/15/04 Posts: 1569 chocolate soy milk (someone mentioned Silk I think, which is great) luna bars - most are made with cocoa powder and soy milk so it tastes like a chocolate covered granola bar but it's totally safe! ADBs! (antidepressant brownies - search the recipe archive) - these are suuuuuch good brownies and totally safe. they definitely do the trick for that-time-of-the-month chocolate crises! also on the recipe board Casey (atomic rose) has a recipe for chocolate cake for one (you make it in a coffee mug in the microwave) which is super easy and heavenly. it uses safe chocolate cake mixes and safe chocolate jello pudding if I remember correctly (which are both other options for chocolate fixes! ) also remember that all solid chocolate - even the dariy free kind - is a trigger. but cocoa powder is safe! and there's lots you can do with that.
