My sheet was pretty specific about not having "fiber" the day before, but they definitely meant IF. It said to eat chicken and rice. So, I'm thinking that acacia might be ok, since it is SF like the rice. I'm planning on continuing to use it (I'm also going out of town next week and refuse to let this test ruin my one vacation of the year ).
