Do symptoms come and go?

I posted awhile ago regarding my 4yr dd.
The ped is running some tests on her to try to figure things out. She did a stomach x-ray, redid some stool test to test for parasites, bacterial infection, and whatnot. She also redid a urine analysis and drew some blood to do a few test with that.

They are testing for celiac but can't figure out why things have suddenly appeared (guess with celiac they figure it is found in infancy/toddler).

I am so confussed with all this.

The other night dd was happy and was full speed and even said she felt good. But all day today she said that she didn't feel right. I asked what was wrong and she said that she just didn't know, but that she didn't feel good. UGH! Then this evening she was headed to the bathroom and things started before she got there. She didn't have an accident, but I don't understand the occasional urgency. (bm and void)

Somedays I am like, "Ok, is something really going on? Is she just saying that she doesn't feel good, but everything is fine" and other days I am like, "Well, something just isn't right"

Some meals she won't eat because she says it makes her belly hurts. Some times she is playing or wakes up and is crying because she doesn't feel good. Sometimes I feel that she just doesn't have all the umph even though she is having a fine day. And sometimes she is running after her brother and sister carefree and full of energy.
