While I have IBS-D, it still takes things a while to cause me problems. So I'd stick to safe food for now. When I have something bad and I'm not stable (which thankfully I'm starting to be!), it will set me back for literally WEEKS. I wondered about a fiber supplement. Are you taking one? When I started acacia, I had horrible gas and bloating. It didn't stop until I had been at a stable dose for a few weeks with no increasing.
