For me it didn't seem to last unfortunately. I wasn't perfectly gf - its hidden in so many things I didn't know about at the time. I ended up eating wheat free instead which I don't recomend!! Well its worth a try I guess. In my case I was never convinced it helped, but now I'm having trouble going back to eating wheat. For me the dietary changes are easier than feeling like sh** so as much as I'd like to eat everything, my reactions to foods have helped me have the will power to change my diet.
