gluten free diet       07/29/06 09:03 PM Edit Reply Quote tjcanaba Reged: 04/12/06 Posts: 30 Loc: nm I just read an article in a magazine and I read about celiac disease and becoming gluten free. It sounds so right on with all of my signs. I also read a previous post here about gluten free diet and how a few people went on this gluten free diet and also heathers diet and their symptoms seemed to improve. My question is how do I know what to eat and what not to eat? Is there a list of foods for this gluten free diet? HELP!!! TOny Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
