Help IBS-D won't stop!!       07/27/06 11:23 AM Edit Reply Quote Tide Reged: 08/21/04 Posts: 9 This is my first post. I having been using Heather's books for two years with incredible success. I have been eating safely and been doing the suggestions under how to break attacks never the less I've had D for 7 days now. I've been doing peppermint tea and just started as of yesterday the acacia. My major concern is that I'm supposed to get on a plane on Saturday for an 11 day trip. I'm terrified I'm flying with two small children and I can't afford to be in the bathroom. Not to mention that I feel like my trip is doomed. I have been taking Immodium which for me usually stops it right away but it's not working at all!! I need help even if it's only kind words. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
