Yeast problems with IBS?       07/24/06 08:16 PM Edit Reply Quote Dell Reged: 07/24/06 Posts: 1 Hi all! I am new to this board and have really learned a lot. I already have Heather's book "Eating for IBS". My concern....I had extremely high levels of yeast antibodies in my blood (systemic). I finally have it under control with probiotics. As I read the recipes and "safe foods" I see that bread and sugar are recommended. How does someone with IBS and a candida problem balance the diet? My doctor says "NO yeast and NO sugar". It sure limits my options. What is a girl to do? Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks Dell Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
