I had forgotten about antispasmodics. I have taken two before many years ago and didn't have good results with them and as with everything I was super dizzy. But perhaps Donnatol on a needed basis only might be good. I was thinking of something more tranquilizing but an antispasmodic would be a good choice as long as it doesn't increase my C (which is what I am right now).
Fortunately I think my bad streak MAY have broken last night. I had to up my acacia a bit for a short time to get over the hump and my colon feels less like a pinched balloon now. I just hope I stay this way tomorrow.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
